Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn Maintenance Worker to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential and commercial outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate should have experience with lawn care equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.

Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, planting, and watering.

Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedgers, and edging tools safely.

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and weed-control products as directed.

Trim bushes, shrubs, and small trees to maintain clean landscaping.

Remove debris, leaves, and fallen branches from lawns and pathways.

Monitor plant health and report any issues such as pests, diseases, or dry patches.

Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained after each use.

Follow safety guidelines and work efficiently to complete scheduled tasks.
Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care, gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred.

Knowledge of lawn care equipment and its safe operation.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Good physical fitness; ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform manual tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good time management and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
