Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Stump Removal Worker to assist with the removal of tree stumps from residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience with stump grinding equipment, strong physical ability, and the willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate stump grinders and other removal equipment safely and efficiently.

Cut, grind, and remove tree stumps of various sizes.

Clear debris, roots, and wood chips from the work area after each job.

Perform site inspections to identify hazards, obstacles, and job requirements.

Maintain equipment by cleaning and reporting any faults or repair needs.

Load and unload tools, machinery, and materials as needed.

Follow all safety guidelines and ensure safe working practices on job sites.

Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding job progress or issues.

Assist with related landscaping or tree service tasks when required.
Requirements:

Experience with stump grinding or tree service work preferred.

Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely.

Physically fit; able to lift heavy materials and work on uneven ground.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Good attention to detail and safety awareness.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in landscaping, tree removal, or outdoor labor.
